      We process orders within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are subject to UPS / USPS processing times which normally take 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS / USPS ground and come with a tracking number. To ensure delivery of your package, shipped orders over $300 will ship "signature required".

      We will process your order within 3 to 4 hours from when the order was placed. When your order is ready for pick up, we will send you an email notification. All orders are verified with a valid government ID and the card used for the order. Pick-up orders can be picked up at our warehouse during regular business hours from M-F 9AM-6:30PM.

      Unfortunately, our third-party insurance company cancels orders that they deem to be high-risk. Several reasons may cause this, however, we are unaware of why. If your order was canceled, you will see a refund back to your account in 3-10 business days.

      We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.

      Yes, anyone is welcome to check out our products at our warehouse. We do not require business licenses. However, online pricing is generally cheaper and the warehouse only offers a portion of our catalog. The warehouse is open from M-F 9AM-6:30PM.
